We’re working dog owners and know what it can be like living with a smart and energetic dog! Without an appropriate channel, their boundless energy and unmet natural instincts can come out in all sorts of problematic ways: running, chasing, playing, hunting and lack of hearing when they’re busy doing something ‘important’ to name a few!
Maybe you’re looking for something fun to do together regularly to keep your dogs physically and mentally stimulated?
Each week, you’ll work on a new agility skill, improving focus, and building trust as a team — all before stepping onto full equipment or into a busy group class.
Across the nine progressive stages, you’ll learn essential handling moves, teaching your dog how to drive forward, turn on cue, and complete sequences.
By the end of the programme, you’ll be confidently navigating jumps, tunnels, and turns — and running a short course just like you would in the Agility Club, which you’ll be invited to join on completion.

This programme combines structured 1:1 coaching from your trainer with in-person group workshops to build skills step-by-step:
✅Seven distance learning modules you can start instantly: Each module includes short tasks you can do in your own time.
✅ Two in-person group sessions: Workshop & Club Class Taster (2 hours total) to bring skills into action
✅ Unlimited WhatsApp coaching for feedback, videos, and personalised support

You’ll begin training from home as soon as you enrol: Place Board Training, Start Line Sit Stays & “Go” – Developing forward drive. Once those are complete, you’ll unlock Group Workshop 1: Confidently run sequences with straight and curved tunnels

We’ll never park your progress. With your workshop date booked, you can continue with remote modules in the meantime, such as: Turn left and right on verbal cue. Handling at a distance from you. “Go round” – Send your dog behind a jump for a wing wrap. Front Crosses & Handling Turns
At the end of the programme, you’ll run a full agility course (1-hour Agility Club Class Pass) as a taster of what the follow on option, Agility Club, is like.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“… Both of us learnt lots of new skills and we ended up completing a reasonably long agility course after a short amount of time! Each week brought something different but built on previous skills - this approach kept us both engaged and eager to return!”

More time training, less time commuting or waiting around. You’ll come to class already confident in the skills you’ve been practising at home, so you get the most from your time on the equipment.

With professional guidance and WhatsApp support, you’ll be able to ask questions, share videos, and receive personalised feedback throughout the programme.
Group sessions are just 3–6 dogs, giving your dog the space they need to focus, ensuring a positive learning environment
allowing you to get the most from handling practice on the agility equipment.

Choose your dates from the online timetable.

Progress is based on your dog’s confidence and ability — not the pace of the group.
No rushing, no pressure to keep up. Each stage prepares you for the next.

Ongoing access to members' training options at discounted prices, including group classes, workshops, and events exclusive to Anglian Dog Works graduates or dogs with a similar skill level.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“… The small classes for the foundation course gave my GSD space to learn and has definitely helped build her confidence … Have decided to continue on with agility to continue to build on her confidence and also because it helps tire her out mentally”
