Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Anglian Dog Works. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to help quickly and fairly.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from delivery of your order to request a return. Once your return request has been approved, the item(s) must be received by Anglian Dog Works within 14 days.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused
- in original condition
- returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
- accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused or returned to sender.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as Anglian Dog Works cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Replacements
If a replacement item is issued, the original item(s) must be returned and received by Anglian Dog Works within 14 days of the replacement being delivered.
If the original item(s) are not returned within this timeframe, we reserve the right to invoice for the replacement item(s). Payment terms will be provided on the invoice issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- personalised or custom-made products
- items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery
- services or digital/downloadable products (where applicable)

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders returned due to unpaid customs charges, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the courier may be refunded minus:
- original shipping costs
- return shipping fees
- customs charges
- carrier handling fees incurred
Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may also have shipping and carrier fees deducted from any refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.
