Shipping Policy
All orders are packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
At Anglian Dog Works, we aim to deliver your products as quickly, safely, and cost-effectively as possible. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
We use a range of trusted delivery providers depending on the parcel size, destination, and service reliability at the time of dispatch. The courier shown at checkout is usually the courier used, however this may occasionally change where necessary to provide the best balance of reliability, delivery speed, and cost efficiency for our customers.

Please Note
- Orders over 10kg may be shipped in multiple parcels to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible.
- Place Boards weigh approximately 5kg each. Orders exceeding 12 Place Boards may require special delivery arrangements.
- We reserve the right to combine, split, or repackage shipments where necessary for safe transportation.
Pre-Order Shipping
Some products — including Jumps, Position Boxes, Pivots, Paw Targets, Balance Bars, and Dopamine Boxes — are handmade in small batches and released in limited quantities each month to maintain quality.
Pre-order items are dispatched within a maximum of 6 weeks from purchase, although we always aim to ship much sooner where possible.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will usually ship together once all items are ready. If you would prefer in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Why Pre-Orders?
Many of our specialist training products are handmade alongside Matt’s PhD commitments. Pre-orders allow us to maintain quality standards while ensuring customers still have access to limited-batch products.
How To Identify Pre-Order Products
- Collection pages display a blue pre-order icon on product images.
- Hovering over eligible products will show a “Pre-Order” button instead of “Add to Cart”.
- Product pages also clearly display a “Pre-Order” button where applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you no longer wish to wait for a pre-order item, you may request cancellation before dispatch.

International Shipping
Shipping rates for international orders are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and available courier services.
Important Information For International Customers
- Import duties, customs charges, taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refusing to pay customs charges may result in parcels being returned or destroyed by the courier or customs authority.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- Any return costs, customs charges, handling fees, or disposal charges incurred due to refused or abandoned shipments may be deducted from any eligible refund.
- International delivery delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control.
Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, sales, or pre-order releases, dispatch times may occasionally be longer.
Dispatch time estimates begin once payment has been successfully processed.
Delivery & Tracking
Tracking is provided where available and will be emailed once your order has been dispatched or booked with the courier.
Delivery estimates are provided by couriers and are not guaranteed.
Once a parcel leaves Anglian Dog Works, delays caused by weather, customs, courier network disruption, industrial action, or local delivery issues are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee recovery of parcels shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Claims relating to theft after delivery should be raised with the courier and local authorities where appropriate.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged item(s)
Missing parcel investigations cannot begin until the courier’s official waiting period has passed.
We reserve the right to replace items before issuing refunds where appropriate.
